Refund and Course Completion Policy

At Champion Real Estate Academy of Massachusetts, we are committed to providing high-quality real estate education and training for all of our students. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following refund and course completion policies apply to all class registrations:

 

Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be issued prior to the start of the class.
  Once a course has begun or course materials have been distributed, no refunds will be issued.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email) before the class start date.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

Attendance and Course Completion

• It is the student’s responsibility to attend all scheduled class sessions and complete the course as prescribed.

• If a student is unable to attend or complete the course, it is their responsibility to communicate directly with the instructor as soon as possible.

• Depending on availability, the instructor may allow the student to transfer or make up missed sessions in a future course.

• Additional fees may apply depending on the arrangements made to complete the course or transfer to a later session.

Student Responsibility

• Students are responsible for ensuring they can meet the attendance, participation, and completion requirements before registering for a course.

• Failure to communicate absences or non-attendance prior to or during the course will result in forfeiture of tuition and fees.
