Refund and Course Completion Policy
At Champion Real Estate Academy of Massachusetts, we are committed to providing high-quality real estate education and training for all of our students. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following refund and course completion policies apply to all class registrations:
Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued prior to the start of the class.
Once a course has begun or course materials have been distributed, no refunds will be issued. -
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email) before the class start date.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.

Attendance and Course Completion

It is the student’s responsibility to attend all scheduled class sessions and complete the course as prescribed.

If a student is unable to attend or complete the course, it is their responsibility to communicate directly with the instructor as soon as possible.

Depending on availability, the instructor may allow the student to transfer or make up missed sessions in a future course.

Additional fees may apply depending on the arrangements made to complete the course or transfer to a later session.

Student Responsibility

Students are responsible for ensuring they can meet the attendance, participation, and completion requirements before registering for a course.

Failure to communicate absences or non-attendance prior to or during the course will result in forfeiture of tuition and fees.
